All artwork is created individually when ordered. Our goal to to satisfy all customers by providing a products that match the specifications ordered.

 

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

If we made an error or your art was damaged during shipping, please use the Contact Us link below. We may request that you provide a photo of any damage or design errors.

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to report any issues. [please note: for canvas prints, there is only a 10 day window for notification]


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 


Color Variations

 

The actual colors on your art may vary due to calibration of individual monitor settings. We print on natural materials (e.g., wood boards) which also influence the appearance of the finished product. We strive to achieve accurate representation between the digital image on our website and final product, but cannot guarantee color accuracy.
