Upon ordering I was nervous, as there was no reviews, but I was desperate and needed a gift for a good friend. I ordered and then waited. I even inquired and they were prompt with letting me know where my product was, and that they had been busy & hope to be able to send a shipping #. It took 24 days for my product, and I was going to give 4 stars, for the shipping. But when I received my product, it was GORGEOUS. I had to realize, these things are custom and take time(my patience got the best of me). It is a solid sign, packaged up nicely so it wasn’t damaged. I was worried it would look cheap, and it didn’t. I really am happy.
