Wood vs. Metal
As our name implies–Vintage Wood Signs–all our signs are designed to be printed directly on wood. We believe this provides the richest texture and the vintage look & feel the artists intended.
But wood is not always the best material if your sign will be outside, and especially if it will be exposed to the weather.
For signs to be displayed outdoors, printing directly to metal is a smart alternative. Your sign will last much longer.
Please note that not all sign shapes lend themselves to metal printing. We apologies in advance if your desired sign is not available on metal.

This Antique-style wall clock celebrates the Grand Bazar in Paris at 12 Rue de la Madeleine. Designed by Suzanne Nicoll. It features a large format design and is offered in four sizes up to 30" in diameter. The intricate artistry adds an elegant touch to any room. Printed directly on cabinet grade plywood and placed in a distressed metal frame.
Delivery Lead Times
Under normal production and shipping conditions, your made-to-order sign should ship within 2 weeks. Shipping time varies by location. West coast locations may only take a couple of days; the eastern half of the United States may take up to 1 week.
